Isn't Water Pulse a risky move though? Seeing as it only has a 40% Confusing chance? Would Sweet kiss be better? ._.

I have not tried physikiss yet....I really should soon.

Water Pulse is just as good as Sweet Kiss. You can interchange the two, but I like getting more damage in before the confusion starts. Very Happy

This is mainly for PBR Sunny Park and Waterfall Colloseums, as Secret Power's effect there is sleep
Bold Serene Grace Blissey@Leftovers
252 Def 252 SpA
Secret Power
Calm Mind
Softboiled
Ice Beam/ Thunderbolt/ Flamethrower
Thunderbolt/ Ice Beam/ Softboiled
With Blissey's serene grace, secret power actually has a higher chance of putting your opponent to sleep than sing.

Not really such a great moveset, though. I haven't tried it before, lol.

Thank you.
I have another set, this time for torterra.
Torterra @ Relaxed/Impish
252 HP
64 SpDef
64 Def
96 Atk
Amnesia
Curse
Earthquake/ Outrage/ Seed Bomb/ Wood Hammer
Leech Seed/ Synthesis
Basically, if your opponent's pokemon is a special attacker, abuse amnesia while setting up the occasional curse. If your opponent's pokemon is a physical attacker, you can abuse curse more, but you may want to use Amnesia so you can face special attackers later. Afterward, proceed to attack.
Giving Torterra an equal amount of Def and SpDef EVs may seem pretty crazy since it has way more physical defense, but it makes sense since Amnesia raises SpDef at a very fast rate.
Stockpile and Swords Dance can be used instead of Curse and Amnesia, although you may want to alter your set to be more specially defensive. With these, Careful or Impish is probably the better nature choice.
The choice for recovery depends on what type of team Torterra will be on. Leech Seed is better in Sandstorm, while Synthesis may be better if you don't plan to use Sandstorm, Rain Dance, or Hail, and is an awesome choice if you're in a sunny day team.
The choice for your only attacking move is rather difficult; and is really up to preference (my personal favorite is Outrage):
Outrage gives torterra awesome coverage, except against steels. Lack of STAB is pretty bad, but 120 base power somewhat makes up for it. Earthquake is very powerful but cannot touch flying types. Wood Hammer affects everything (although it hits a lot of pokemon for not very effective damage) and is very strong, but has the side effect of recoil, although leftovers and leech seed sort of make up for that. Seed Bomb is a weaker alternative, which is still as powerful as Outrage.

I like the set overall. I like playing it safe in Pokemon Battles. Torterra have to many weaknesses for my liking. In my case, it probably wouldn't be able to set up before fainting. I would go for Stock Pile.

For the attacking moves Outrage and Earthquake help each other out very nicely. They both cover each other's resistances.

For the recovering move, I would go with Synthesis instead of Leech Seed. It will take a while to recover with Leech Seed after setting up the stock piles. Synthesis would be a better choice if your attacking, if your trying more to stall out your opponent I would go with Leech Seed. It's all your prefrence I suppose.

Cradily gets similar moves and can run pretty much the same set, with less weaknesses and more stall, as well as reliable recovery in Recover.
However it cannot outrage and it has less offensive power.

Cradily sounds good aswell. Torterra can pull pull it off aswell. I don't like telling people which Pokemon are better than others, they can both pull off the strategy though. Cradily has less weaknesses then Torterra, that should probably be tooken into consideration.

Won't flinging an Iron Ball during Trick Room be a bad idea? ._.

Well, with Brave Nature and no evs in speed hopefully it'll be slow enough. It's just incase I need to be faster or there's a Alakazam or Starmie out. :/

While Trick Room is still going, yes. But it could become very handy against the last two Pokemon or something when Trick Room is down (which it should never be on a Trick Room team), or the opponent's Pokemon is faster than Toxicroak which is most likely a sure thing with 0 Speed EVs and a Brave nature. However it does mean that Toxicroak loses its 'speed' under Trick Room.

I'd advise using Cross Chop as it is a far better move than Focus Blast for Toxicroak. Me First, Fling, Cross Chop and Sucker Punch will be able to do plenty of damage to many opponents. With this you can then take off those 252 SpAtk EVs and put them into SpDef.

Thanks for your help. Yeah, I know it is a bit risky having Fling. But I think i'm going to leave it. I was considering Cross Chop like you said. Turns out Me First is an Egg Move so Cross Chop can't be learned. Unless he learns it by level up, but, I can't check that right now. I chose Focus Blast because I needed a powerful fighting type attack. With 252 in Attack and Sp.Attack, I figured it didn't matter if it was Physical or Special attacking. Any suggestions for that?

Ah see, I didn't look into Toxicroak properly, just knew that it got Cross Chop. In that case Focus Blast would be pretty good, seeing as Brick Break is your only other real option.

Plusle
- Encore
- Magnet Rise
- ???
- ???

I have no clue what to use as the last two moves. I don't know if it should be Thunderbolt and Grass Knot or Nasty Plot/Agility and Baton Pass.

PokeWorldDP, it depends what you are going for. Do you want it to be passing boosts to your teammates or dealing damage to opponents?
I have a female Nasty Plot passing Plusle: Attract, Nasty Plot, Thunderbolt, Baton Pass. I prefer Attract over Encore, less predicting necessary. She has actually done a lot to help me, which I found surprising.

I can't really help, because I'm not sure what you are actually looking for from Plusle.

Well, I'm using Encore because I can Magnet Rise and then Encore the Ground attack the next turn.

Well, since it's for a mono-Electric, I could Baton Pass Magnet Rise, but I don't know if I should have an attack or another boosting move

Good point, but Encoring that move is only going to help set up or switch to something with Levitate or part Flying-types. So having Nasty Plot with Encore is probably a good idea and then finish it up with Thunderbolt.

And can you Baton Pass Magnet Rise? If you can then that's probably the way to go with Nasty Plot, Magnet Rise, Baton Pass and Encore.
